The Lawn Care and Landscaping Crew Foreman is responsible for understanding and transcribing job descriptions, problem-solving, and communicating directly with the customer. During the winter months, they will help to provide additional services such as leaf removals, property cleanups, and equipment maintenance.
To succeed in this role, the Lawn Care and Landscaping Crew Foreman should have excellent time management and communication skills. They will collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors to deliver exceptional results.
This position supports the mission of the organization by demonstrating exceptional service for our residential and commercial clients.

Objectives
- Manage a team to complete daily lawn care services
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure proper techniques and duties are met
- Prepare for each day with preparation of equipment and necessary materials
- Properly understand and execute daily work details that pertain to each client
Competencies
- Ability to operate medium to heavy-duty vehicles while pulling a trailer
- Ability to interface with clients and customers on behalf of the company
- Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with team members and clients
- Demonstrate excellence in time management skills
- Must be able to analyze information, identify solutions, and resolve problems in a timely matter
Education
- At least 1 year of experience leading a crew in commercial lawn care/landscaping with commercial-grade equipment
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs
- Ability to work prolonged periods of time in extreme heat or cold weather
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
